You can pause and resume your subscription for a maximum of three months once in your collections life span.
To do so please speak to one of our agents who will be happy to help.
If you wish to start collecting again before the 3 month period is over, you can send us an email or call us with your request.
You may only resume your subscription on collections that are currently on sale at the time of your request and has not been deactivated for more than 3 months.
