How can I change my shipping address?

You can update your delivery address quickly and easily through your Customer Account.

Important: You must update your address in TWO places:

1. Subscription – update the delivery address for your collection.
2. Profile – update the address saved to your Customer Account.

If you have more than one collection, please make sure you update the delivery address for each relevant subscription.

For step-by-step guidance, you can watch the example video below.

Already have a parcel being prepared?
Address changes normally apply to future parcels. If your next parcel has already been created, we may not be able to change the delivery address for that parcel.
