Signing up for one of our collections or purchasing a product is quick and easy.
Visit our website and select the collection or product you're interested in. Depending on its current status, you may see one of the following options:
Notify Me
The collection is not yet available to order or pre-order. Select Notify Me and register your details, and we'll email you when the collection becomes available to pre-order or order.
Pre-order
The collection is not yet live, but you can secure your place in advance. Pre-ordering guarantees that you'll be able to start the collection once it officially goes live. We'll provide further information as the launch approaches.
Subscribe Now / Active Collection
The collection is live and available to order. Select Discover Now to review the collection details, what's included, pricing and FAQs.
When you're ready, select Subscribe Now. Depending on the collection, you may be offered a choice between a Standard or Premium subscription, or a Fast Track option.
A Full Kit option may also be available for selected collections, depending on the collection and stock availability. Choose the option you prefer and select the yellow Continue button.
Follow the on-screen instructions, making sure that all the information you provide is complete and correct.
Once your order has been completed, we'll send you a confirmation email and provide an estimated payment and delivery date.
Having trouble placing your order?
If you're unable to complete your order online, please contact our Customer Service team. We can provide further assistance and, where available, place the order on your behalf.
If we place an order for you, we'll explain the relevant Terms & Conditions during the process. Once the order has been created, we'll send you a secure email link so you can review the Terms & Conditions and add your payment details yourself.
