We have a number of warehouse located around the globe and depending which country you live will depend the warehouse that will be dispatching your orders.
Example if you live in the UK your items will be dispatched from our EU warehouse.
Once your parcel has left the warehouse we will use a local courier in your country and we will also email you a link to track your parcel (where available) so you can follow your parcels route and this link will also be present in your online account.
Please note that the local courier will not have any updates until the parcel has passed though customs and been injected into their network, this may take between 5 to 10 days.
