It is not possible to change an existing Standard Subscription to a Premium Subscription once the subscription has been created.
If you would like to receive the Premium Offer, the only available option is to cancel your current subscription and create a new premium subscription instead.
If you have only received Shipments 1 to 2, this is usually the best option we would recommend.
Cancellations/reactivations
