Once you've placed your order, when your first parcel is dispatched will depend on whether the collection is live or currently available for pre-order.
If the collection is live:
We'll request your payment and, once this has been successfully confirmed, we'll begin preparing your first parcel. Your items will be picked and packed before your parcel is dispatched to you.
If the collection is on pre-order:
We can only begin processing and dispatching parcels once the collection officially goes live.
The collection page will show the month in which we expect the collection to launch. We aren't able to provide an exact launch or dispatch date within that month, so your first parcel may be processed at any point after the collection goes live.
