Sending proof of payment

If we ask you to send us proof of a payment you can do this via email as an attachment or via your online account.

Its easy and simple to do, all you need to do is login to you account and go to the help centre tab.

Below the FAQs is a contact us form, please select payment and than account management to the subject titles. Than add a short message and also upload an image of the payment notice before sending to us.
